Dr. Pantuosco

Originally from Connecticut, Dr. Pantuosco completed his undergraduate studies at Clemson University before earning his medical degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by a NASS-accredited fellowship at Alabama Orthopedic Spine and Sport.

Dr. Pantuosco has a strong clinical focus on minimally invasive spine procedures, including MILD (Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression) and basivertebral nerve ablation, as well as regenerative medicine techniques. His goal is to provide patients with effective treatment options that reduce pain while avoiding more invasive surgical approaches whenever possible.

He is an active member of professional organizations such as NASS and IPSIS, and regularly pursues advanced training to stay at the forefront of the latest techniques and innovations in pain management.

Dr. Pantuosco believes in a collaborative, team-based approach to care—working closely with therapists, surgeons, and other specialists to create a personalized treatment plan for each patient. He values open communication, honesty, and patient education, ensuring every individual understands their condition and feels confident in their care plan.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Pantuosco enjoys spending time with his young son, traveling, and staying active through sports.
